after graduation from high school, jiang yanhe had his first job at a printing factory in guangdong province.since then, he fell in love with the printing industry and gradually had strong interest on the printing machine. in order to learn printing technology, he started from the handyman apprenticeship in that factory, observing and learning while working. because of his enquiry, deep thinking and diligent, after two years, he quickly became the captain from an apprentice. however, because the factory’s scale was small, it can't provide more learning opportunities for him. in order to find a broader platform for learning and progress, therefore, he entered into guangbo in 2007. when entering the company, he also stared work as a handyman of flexo group. after 3 months, he became a regular worker, and then became the deputy. two years later, he became the real captain of paper product no.4 factory.
after being the captain, he has more time and opportunity to be familiar with every structure, every single part of the machine. after being completely familiar with the machine, he felt that the machine was full of feelings. he said, machine was like a talking friend. from its voice, vibration frequency and the quality of the product can determine what parts of the machine need to repair and maintain. where he once repaired , the time comes, he can feel the parts need to be overhauled. and this kind of judgment was almost all right.
